Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in IoT and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), you will develop and implement transformative business solutions for clients. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of industry trends, market directions, and player dynamics to drive strategic planning and solution delivery.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:

- Develop Strategic Plans: Develop comprehensive strategic plans for clients, aligning PLM strategies with competitive and market forces to identify capabilities that create and sustain competitive advantage.
- Analyze Performance Gaps: Analyze client performance gaps and develop transformation recommendations to address these gaps, applying consulting skills and business knowledge to drive effective change.
- Implement Solutions: Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and supporting PLM systems, such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, Matrix One, or Siemens UGS, Dassault, to achieve expected business results.
- Collaborate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to create tailored PLM strategies, providing guidance and support to ensure successful integration of packaged technology into their business setting.
- Deliver Transformation: Develop and implement transformative business solutions, leveraging industry expertise and knowledge of market trends to drive client success.

- Industry Trends Knowledge:



Experience with analyzing industry trends, market directions, and player dynamics to inform strategic planning and solution delivery in the IoT and PLM domains.
- PLM Systems Expertise: Experience with implementing and supporting PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, Matrix One, or Siemens UGS, Dassault.
- Strategic Planning: Experience in developing comprehensive strategic plans that align PLM strategies with competitive and market forces to identify capabilities that create and sustain competitive advantage.
- Performance Gap Analysis: Experience with analyzing client performance gaps and developing transformation recommendations to address these gaps.
- Consulting Skills: Experience with applying consulting skills and business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client business environment to achieve client expected business results.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

- Dassault Application Portfolio: Experience with selecting, implementing, and supporting Dassault application portfolio to achieve client expected business results.
- IoT Domain Knowledge: Experience in the IoT domain, with understanding of industry trends, market directions, and player dynamics to inform strategic planning and solution delivery.
- Packaged Solution Expertise: Experience with effectively integrating packaged technology into the client business environment to achieve client expected business results.
