Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Training

- Deliver engaging classroom and/or online sessions on HR or Marketing concepts.
- Conduct bootcamps, workshops, case studies, group discussions, and practical activities.
- Simplify complex management concepts using real-world business examples.
- Design and deliver content aligned with the curriculum and industry requirements.

2. Curriculum & Content Development

- Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and other learning materials.
- Continuously update course content based on industry trends and business practices.
- Incorporate practical projects and case studies into the learning experience.

3. Student Mentoring

- Mentor and guide students on academic and career-related matters.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, presentations, and projects.
- Provide regular feedback to help students improve their skills.

4. Industry & Practical Exposure

- Bring relevant industry examples and current market trends into the classroom.
- Conduct sessions focused on employability and workplace skills.
- Support students in developing practical skills required for HR/Marketing careers.
