Role Overview
Manage day-to-day sort center operations, ensuring timely shipment processing, manpower productivity, safety, quality, and achievement of operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end sort center operations, including sortation, staging, dispatch, and shift handovers.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, productivity, throughput, TAT, and dispatch targets.
- Monitor operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.
- Plan and optimize manpower, equipment, and resource utilization.
- Lead Shift In-Charges, Line Leaders, Process Associates, and vendor staff.
- Manage rostering, attendance, productivity, performance, training, and attrition.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, EHS, and statutory compliance.
- Drive Kaizen, Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce cost.
- Coordinate with Transportation, HR, IT, Maintenance, Quality, and 3PL partners for smooth operations.
- Handle daily operational escalations,



customer complaints, reporting, and communication with senior leadership.
- Prepare and analyze MIS, dashboards, and KPI reports to support operational decisions.
