Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer s professionally. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards. Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions. Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance targets.



Follow company policies and compliance guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals.

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Excellent English communication skills & Written skills are mandatory. (For fresher also)Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Immediate joiners preferred. Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
