Teller
- Handle daily cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cheque processing, and balance enquiries with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain strict adherence to KYC, operational guidelines, cash limits, and audit compliance.
- Deliver courteous, effective counterlevel service while resolving customer queries related to cash and basic account services.
- Ensure errorfree cash tallying, branch vault management support, and timely reporting of discrepancies.
- Promote digital banking, assist customers with basic product information, and support branch service initiatives.
