MIS Executive Fleet Operations

Location: Milak Duhai, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: 25,000/- CTC per month
Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily MIS, DSR, dispatch and TAT reports.
- Maintain trip sheets, driver advances, diesel slips and toll records.
- Track and follow up for soft and physical PODs.
- Prepare billing data and freight invoice details.
- Handle market vehicle settlements.
- Maintain vehicle records including Insurance, Fitness, Permit and PUC.
- Monitor GPS and vehicle movement.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters and operations team.

Requirements:

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel – XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIFS.
- Knowledge of LR/GR, E-Way Bill and transport operations.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in Fleet/Transport MIS will be preferred.
