Job Title: DGM / AGM – Commercial (Associate Head / Head – Commercial)

- Location: Bahadurgarh

- Department: Accounts

- Experience Required: Minimum 15 years (at least 10 years in the manufacturing sector within Accounts/Commercial departments)

- Education: ICWA or MBA

- Technical Requirements: Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Financial Management: Ensure proper accounting, periodic financial closings, unit profitability analysis, and random invoice reviews.

- Cost & Variance Control: Track material variances, abnormal wastages, and exceptional expenses; drive cost-reduction initiatives and assist in AOP preparation.

- Compliance & Legal: Manage statutory compliances (GST, indirect taxes, etc.) and coordinate with P&A; for factory-related compliances (labor laws, factory license,



pollution control).

- Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee fixed assets (recording and movement) and control stores (Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Finished Goods, and Consumables), including tracking obsolete/dead stock.

- Audits & Coordination: Coordinate with internal/statutory auditors and the HO Costing Team for monthly variance reviews.

- Process Adherence: Ensure implementation of SOPs, guidelines, and current processes initiated by Head Office.

Desired Competencies:

- Technical: Expertise in Plant Accounting and Indirect Taxation.

- Behavioral: Strong man-management skills and a proactive, initiative-driven approach
