Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 35 years of experience in India and USA recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for India and USA positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, availability, and job requirements.
- Handle candidate communication, offer follow-up, and joining coordination.
- Maintain active talent pipelines for current and future requirements.




- Coordinate with hiring managers and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring reports.
- Support employer branding, job postings, and recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Solid experience in US & Indian recruitment.
- Valuable sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and ATS.
- Good understanding of USA work authorization terminology.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and capable of managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Preferred male candidates.
