Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

- Identify areas for improvement through root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain quality control procedures, processes, and documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall product performance.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering or related field (Mechanical/Electrical).

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization.

- Solid understanding of quality tools such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC etc.

- Blade Manufactruing/ Composite Industry.
