Responsibilities

Financial Reporting Analysis

- Prepare and coordinate monthly MEC reporting across few entities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial results
- Review trial balances, identifying and resolving discrepancies or accounting issues
- Analyze variances and trends, providing insightful commentary on financial performance
- Consolidate financial data from multiple countries and ensure consistency with group reporting requirements

Audit Compliance

- Coordinate statutory and internal audits across the region, ensure timely completion and issue resolutions
- Ensure compliance with local GAAP, IFRS standards, and JLL group accounting policies
- Support implementation of audit recommendations and drive closure of audit findings
- Maintain strong internal controls and drive continuous improvement in financial processes

Regional Coordination Support

- Partner across finance teams to ensure consistent application of accounting policies
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support on complex transactions and accounting treatments
- Coordinate with local teams on month-end close activities, ensuring deadlines are met
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes at regional and country levels

Accounting Operations

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounting transactions across regional entities
- Drive standardization of accounting processes and systems across countries




- Support implementation of system upgrades and process improvements and drive centralization opportunities
- Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures documentation

Required Qualifications

Education Experience

- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, or equivalent)
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in the accounting and finance domain, with at least 3 years in a controller or senior accounting role
- Experience managing multi-country financial operations
- Proven experience coordinating external audits and managing audit relationships

Technical Skills Core Competencies

- IFRS and US GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience with consolidation and reporting systems
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced and challenging environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence without direct authority
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively across diverse markets
- Problem-solving orientation with a continuous improvement mindset
