Position: Senior Executive Retail Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Senior Executive – Retail Operations to manage day-to-day retail operations at Wet’nJoy Lonavala. The role will be responsible for store operations, sales performance, inventory management, team coordination, customer experience, and ensuring smooth functioning of all retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of retail outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Drive retail sales and achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Handle billing, cash management, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Ensure proper merchandising, product display, pricing, and promotional execution.
- Supervise and coordinate with retail staff, including allocation of duties and shift management.
- Train and guide team members on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer queries or complaints effectively.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Finance, F&B;, Operations,



and other departments for smooth retail activities.
- Monitor stock movement, wastage, damages, and pilferage and maintain proper controls.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports and share MIS with management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
- Support festive, promotional, and seasonal campaigns to maximize revenue.
- Conduct regular stock audits and support periodic inventory verification.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

- 3–6 years of experience in retail, QSR, entertainment, hospitality, mall, amusement park, or similar customer-facing operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business requirements
