As a Talent & Business Growth Consultant, you will manage recruitment activities while driving client acquisition and business growth for Career Buddha. The role involves building relationships, understanding hiring needs and delivering successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates through multiple channels.
- Understand client requirements and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
- Coordinate interviews, offers and candidate joining.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients through calls, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
- Build relationships with HR leaders and business decision-makers.
- Generate recruitment requirements and convert prospects into clients.
- Manage existing client relationships and develop repeat business.
- Achieve recruitment, business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain robust candidate and client relationships throughout the hiring process.
