We operate retail stores in the United States and are building an AI-first approach to running them. This company exists because AI makes it possible for a small team to accomplish work that previously required a much larger organization.

AI is central to how we work. We expect you to use it every day, continuously find opportunities to automate processes, and turn successful workflows into repeatable systems.

Youll work directly with the founders, store owners, managers, and vendors. This is a hands-on role combining daily communication, operational ownership, and practical AI automation.

What you’ll do

- Communicate by phone and email every day with store owners, managers, suppliers, distributors, and service providers.
- Take ownership of vendor issues, requests, and appointments. Make calls, send explicit follow-ups, track commitments, escalate delays, and confirm the work is complete.
- Help resolve ordering, delivery, invoice, billing, maintenance, and service issues across our stores.
- Keep store owners and managers informed about progress, blockers, and decisions that need their attention.
- Use AI throughout your daily work to research problems, analyze documents and spreadsheets, prepare communications, and organize next steps.
- Proactively identify repetitive processes and build automations that reduce manual work and missed follow-ups.




- Create and maintain reusable AI skills and workflows, and configure MCP servers and connections that let AI work with approved email, spreadsheet, document, and business tools.
- Build workflows for tasks such as invoice checks, vendor follow-up tracking, daily reporting, and extracting action items from communications.
- Verify AI outputs and automation results, and improve workflows when they fail or require too much manual intervention.
- Document processes so each improvement can be reused across stores.

Who you are

- Excellent spoken and written English is essential. You’re comfortable making calls, asking direct questions, explaining problems, and following up persistently with US business owners and vendors.
- You already use AI to accomplish real work. Be ready to show a process you automated or substantially improved.
- Comfortable learning and configuring AI tools, reusable skills, MCP servers, and workflow automation platforms.
- Strong with spreadsheets, business software, and organizing information.
- Resourceful and willing to figure out unfamiliar tools and processes.
- Organized, dependable, and accountable for finishing work. You keep accurate records and make sure every open issue has a next step.
- Experience in store operations, vendor coordination, purchasing, or administrative operations is helpful.
