Role & responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from international students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, online platforms, and other communication channels.
- Counsel prospective international students regarding university programs, eligibility criteria, admission requirements, scholarships, fees, and career opportunities.
- Generate, follow up, and convert international student leads into confirmed admissions.
- Review applications, academic documents, passports, and other supporting documents for completeness and eligibility.
- Guide students regarding required documentation and admission timelines.
- Coordinate with academic departments and other university offices for application evaluation, offer letters, admission approvals, fee payment, and enrolment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in any discipline; Masters degree will be an advantage.




- 1–4 years of experience in international admissions, student recruitment, education counselling, overseas education, immigration services, or a related field.
- Experience in handling international students or education agents will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong counselling, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of international student admission processes and documentation.
- Basic understanding of visa and immigration documentation.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
