Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ASP.NET Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services using Microsoft .NET technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, and Entity Framework. The candidate will work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver secure and high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core.
- Develop scalable backend services using C# and .NET.
- Design and develop RESTful Web APIs.
- Implement business logic and application functionality.
- Develop database-driven applications using SQL Server.
- Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Use Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core for database integration.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
- Identify and fix performance and production issues.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Maintain technical documentation where required.

Required Skills

- Strong programming experience in C#.
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core.
- Experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ or equivalent modern .NET technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Web API / REST APIs.




- Experience with SQL Server.
- Strong SQL query writing skills.
- Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
- Good understanding of OOP concepts.
- Knowledge of LINQ.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization.
- Experience with Git/version control.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

- MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Unit testing using xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
- Azure Functions.
- Microsoft Azure services.
- Experience with cloud-native .NET applications.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Computer Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Or a related technical field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–6 years of qualified experience in ASP.NET / .NET development.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
- Good understanding of web application architecture.
- Experience developing REST APIs and database-driven applications.
- Strong SQL Server skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication skills.
