Marketing & Sales Representative (MISR) GMMCO Display Store
Experience: 1–3 years
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing customer enquiries and driving sales from the GMMCO Display Store through customer engagement, product demonstrations, lead generation and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain and demonstrate BCP products and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, references and local marketing.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain customer database, enquiries and sales MIS.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Support local marketing activities and maintain qualified store presentation.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with 1–3 years of sales/retail/customer-facing experience.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
