Job Title: Product Technical Recruiter

Experience: 3 - 6 Years.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across multiple technologies.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality technical talent.
- Source candidates using advanced Boolean, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn, Google Search, and other creative sourcing techniques.
- Handle client interactions, requirement discussions, and regular hiring updates.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and effectively manage escalations.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters to improve sourcing and recruitment quality.




- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining hiring quality and candidate experience.

Required Skills

- 3-6 years of experience in IT/ Technology/ Product Tech/ Software Product/ GCC Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical skills, roles, and hiring trends.
- Expertise in niche sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, Boolean Search, and Google search techniques.
- Excellent client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in escalation management and handling critical hiring requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
