- Manage end-to-end daily hub operations, including inbound, sorting, dispatch, and outbound activities.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery operations as per SLA/TAT.
- Plan and manage manpower deployment according to daily volume.
- Monitor hub productivity, shipment volume, TAT, SLA, attendance, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with delivery executives/riders, supervisors, transporters, and central operations teams.
- Ensure accurate shipment scanning, bagging, sorting, loading/unloading, and reconciliation.
- Monitor RTO, NDR, undelivered shipments, and pending shipments and drive closure.
- Handle customer/order-related operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain inventory/shipment accuracy and minimize loss, damage, and misrouting.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, security, and quality standards.
- Prepare and review daily MIS and operational reports.
- Identify operational gaps and implement RCA and process improvements.
- Manage team performance, absenteeism, discipline, and productivity.
- Coordinate with HR/manpower vendors for staffing requirements.
