Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the Electrical & Instrumentation department and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all E&I; equipment.
- Ensure optimum performance of HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, motors, VFDs, PLCs, SCADA, and instrumentation systems.
- Monitor and improve equipment reliability, availability, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis of major breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Drive automation, digitization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage annual maintenance budgets and control maintenance costs.
- Plan and manage spare parts inventory and procurement requirements.
- Lead project execution, installation, commissioning, and plant expansion activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Quality, and Safety teams for smooth plant operations.
- Develop and mentor team members through training and skill enhancement programs.
- Drive energy conservation and power optimization initiatives across the plant.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
