Customer Service Engineer

Role Summary:
Responsible for providing technical service and support to customers for GMMCO’s construction and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend customer complaints and service requirements.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, servicing and breakdown repairs.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Maintain job cards, service reports and equipment records.
- Follow GMMCO/Caterpillar safety and service standards.
- Develop technical knowledge of construction equipment.

Candidate Profile:

- ITI freshers from Mechanical, Automobile or Diesel Mechanic trades.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
- Strong learning attitude, safety awareness and customer focus.
