About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination and recruitment closure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms and preferably have exposure to hiring within the Healthcare,Financial Services, Fertilizer or Chemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases and other channels.
- Conduct keyword and Boolean searches to identify relevant candidates.
- Understand Job Descriptions and identify candidates based on industry, function, experience, designation and skills.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess suitability against the JD.
- Speak with candidates to understand their experience, current role, CTC, notice period, location and career expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers and recruitment MIS.
- Conduct talent mapping and market mapping for specific positions and industries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates.
- Support hiring for mid-level,



senior and leadership positions as required.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned mandates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular status updates to the reporting manager.

Key Skills

- Strong Naukri sourcing and candidate search skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes.
- Ability to read and understand Job Descriptions.
- Good MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work on multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously.
- Result-oriented approach with a solid focus on quality profiles and closures.

Industry Exposure Preferred

Candidates with recruitment experience in any of the following sectors will be preferred:

- Hospital Hiring
- Financial Services / BFSI
- Fertilizer
- Chemical
- Petrochemical
- Engineering / EPC
- Manufacturing
- Infrastructure/ Real Estate

Education

Graduate / MBA / PGDM HR preferred.

What We Expect

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience, recruitment capability and overall suitability.
