Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Sourcing

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for raw materials, consumables, and spare parts.
- Ensure procurement aligns with organizational goals and cost-efficiency.

- Vendor Management

- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with quality standards.

- Procurement Operations

- Oversee day-to-day purchasing activities for foundry inputs (iron, steel, etc.).
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.




- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse teams.

- Team Leadership

- Lead and coordinate a team of purchase executives.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
- Foster collaboration with production, finance, and supply chain departments.

- Cost Control & Reporting

- Track procurement budgets and reduce costs through effective negotiation.
- Prepare reports for senior management on purchase activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.

- Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
