Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Microsoft SCCM infrastructure.
- Deploy operating systems, software packages, and updates across enterprise environments.
- Manage Windows desktop and laptop lifecycle management.
- Perform patch management and ensure endpoint compliance.
- Create and manage SCCM collections, packages, applications, task sequences, and deployment policies.
- Troubleshoot SCCM client and server-related issues.
- Configure and maintain OS imaging and deployment processes.
- Monitor SCCM infrastructure health and performance.
- Support software packaging and application deployment activities.
- Implement endpoint security controls and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams.
- Generate reports and dashboards related to patch compliance and device inventory.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
