Job Summary

The successful candidate would be responsible to support the firm's investment consulting operations in the execution and delivery of investment consulting services to external clients. Primarily responsible for client reporting, client consulting support, Operational Risk support, Delegated operations support, macroeconomic research, etc., depending on the sub team alignment of the colleague.

Job Responsibilities

- General expectations across all sub teams: Candidate with 1-3 years of experience in financial institutional firms, sell side research houses or economic agencies in macroeconomic research, economic report writing and data collation and/or related areas.
- Ability to become Subject Matter Expert within a specific sub team in 12 months and can independently work on highly complex deliverables with timelines and high accuracy.
- The individual will be required to produce reports in a time-bound manner and assist with coordination and completion of client reporting, research tasks, data collection and analytical work including client presentations for a variety of regional offices around the globe.




- Candidates with experience in using third party market databases such as FactSet and Bloomberg would be preferred, but not mandatory.
- Global Client Reporting (Performance Reporting): Analyze and report performance of clients on quarterly basis enabling them to monitor and understand their portfolio performance and drive better investment outcomes. Client Reporting deliverables include Quarterly Investment Reports (USA, UK, IRE, SG, NZ), Monthly Flash / Valuation Reports, Benefit Payments, AHIM Monthly Returns, CDI Asset Updates, etc.
- Global Client Reporting (Client Extension Team): Supporting various Consulting tasks that releases capacity of Aon's Consultants to service their clients better and drive revenue. Consulting deliverables include Quarterly Monitoring Reports, Scheme Return Calculation, RI EPIS, Reports Accounts, Client Billing related activities, Asset Updates, etc.
- Operational Risk Solutions Analytics (ORSA): Specialist practice focused on identifying and reducing business and operational risks within the operating environments of investment and financial market participants. Operational Risk related deliverables include ODD Reviews, Financial Statement Analysis, Controls Report Review, Regulatory Checks,



DDQ Deliverables, etc.
- Strategic Client Delivery Operations (SCD Ops): Production and Delivery of market leading global standard client solutions (SCD) Solutions using PowerBI. Key solutions supported include RI-360i Dashboard, IM 360i Dashboard, TDF 360i Dashboard, ST 360i Dashboard, etc.
- Delegated Consulting Services / OCIO (DCS): Supporting various deliverables of number of teams within the Delegated Consulting business. Key operational activities include Monthly Factsheets, Monthly Returns Analysis (Adept Funds/ Non-HF), OCIO Sales Support, DCS Performance Database, US Trade Reconciliation, US GIPS Related Support, etc.
- Investment Strategy and Economics (ISE): Research and Production of comprehensive capital market background reports covering all major asset classes. Capital Market Research reports include Week/Month/Quarter Market Reports, Asia Pacific Medium Term Views, Thematic Signals, CPR support, etc.
