Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care as an Orthopedic Surgeon, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various orthopedic conditions such as joint replacement, trauma, spine surgery, arthroplasty, and pain management.

- Conduct surgeries independently with minimal supervision and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatments.

- Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop effective treatment plans for patients with complex cases.

- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

- Stay updated on latest advancements in orthopedic surgery techniques and technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MS or DNB degree from a recognized institution.

- 0-2 years of experience as an Orthopedic Surgeon.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
