Marketing Executive Student Outreach & Admissions

Role Overview

The role involves representing Sky Arenaa across schools, colleges, coaching institutes and other relevant student touchpoints to create awareness about our programs and career opportunities.

The candidate will actively engage with prospective students, understand their career interests, conduct counselling sessions, generate quality leads and support the admissions process from initial interaction through conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct : field marketing and student outreach across Jaipur.

- Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, educational centres and other relevant locations to identify prospective students.

- Introduce students and parents to Sky Arenaa, its programs, training methodology and career opportunities.

- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for prospective students.

- Understand students' interests, career goals and requirements and guide them towards suitable programs.

- Generate and develop new student leads through field visits, institutional outreach and other marketing activities.

- Follow up consistently with prospective students and parents through calls, meetings and counselling sessions.

- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, institutes and other potential lead-generation partners.

- Work towards achieving monthly lead generation, counselling and admission targets.

- Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, counselling sessions, follow-ups and conversions.





- Represent Sky Arenaa professionally during all external visits, events and student interactions.

- Travel within Jaipur regularly as part of the role.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are:

- Experienced in field marketing, sales, business development, student counselling, education sales or admissions.

- Confident and comfortable approaching new people.

- Strong in verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Persuasive, presentable and enthusiastic.

- Comfortable conducting face-to-face counselling sessions.

- Target-oriented and motivated by performance-based incentives.

- Comfortable travelling extensively within Jaipur for field outreach.

- Willing to work in a dynamic, target-driven setting.

Additional Requirements

For Male Candidates:

- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

- Should be comfortable travelling independently across Jaipur.

For Female Candidates:

- Cab facility will be provided for field visits.

- Should be comfortable travelling across the city as required for the role.
