Polyom Innovations LLP is looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional to generate new business for our plastic injection moulding facility in Kalyan.

The primary responsibility will be to identify and develop customers requiring injection-moulded plastic products, OEM/contract manufacturing and current product development.

- Generate new B2B customers and injection moulding orders.
- Identify companies looking to outsource plastic injection moulding.
- Approach OEMs, brands, manufacturers, distributors and existing mould owners requiring reliable moulding capacity.
- Develop business in sectors such as household plastics, stationery, furniture, luggage, packaging, consumer products and industrial components.
- Identify new products that Polyom can manufacture using existing or newly developed moulds.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order conversion.
- Regularly visit prospective customers across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan and surrounding industrial areas.




- Build a strong pipeline of recurring customers and work towards increasing machine utilisation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 2 to 8 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Experience in plastic injection moulding or plastic products strongly preferred.
- Existing relationships with OEMs, plastic-product manufacturers, distributors, mould owners or industrial buyers will be a major advantage.
- Candidate should be proactive and capable of independently generating leads and converting them into business.
- Knowledge of injection moulding, mould development and plastic raw materials would be advantageous.

What We Offer:

- Salary: 4.5 to 8 lacs per annum depending on experience.However remuneration will not be a constraint for the right candidate
