Role & responsibilities
Perform all the activities related to power house maintenance, carryout planned and breakdown maintenance for utility equipment, keeping machines and equipments in working condition as per OEM specification and ensure statutory norms / compliances, records adherence.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Carryout annual & monthly preventive maintenance plan for all the available utility related equipments
2. Maintain and perform generator & compressor daily check and maintain log note
3. Installation of utility items (like fan, AC, light, phone, network connection)
4. Carryout breakdown of Utility equipments
5. Carryout layout shifting in rearrange of the layout and coordinating on supplying of air, Power and water
6. Procurement and maintaining of the spares as per requirement.
7. Monitor & maintain power factor and demand to meet the TNEB requirements,
8. Co-ordinating for AMC work
