- To achieve Production targets as required by Market
- To ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
- To check for RM, Packaging availability.
- To ensure required smooth production. RM, Packaging is available for
- To ensure vehicle availability for dispatch
- To coordinate with Marketing, Transporter to ensure material is delivered on time to customer.
- To maintain all Records of Production done.
- To ensure all Reports are maintained and filed.
