Roles Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Platform components.
- Test CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Customer Insights.
- Validate integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Perform API testing for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse integrations.
- Conduct data migration and data validation testing.
- Verify security roles, access controls, and user permissions.
- Track and manage defects through defect management tools.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.




- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, solution architects, and functional consultants.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and quality assurance activities.
