Responsibilities

- Configure and administer Adobe Workfront environments.
- Create and maintain projects, templates, portfolios, programs, queues, forms, and dashboards.
- Develop custom workflows, approval processes, and automation rules.
- Design and maintain reports, scorecards, and analytics dashboards.
- Integrate Workfront with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Jira, ServiceNow, or other business systems.
- Manage user access, permissions, groups, teams, and security settings.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workfront solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
- Perform data imports, exports, and system migrations.
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
