About the Role
Dr. Morepen Home is looking for an experienced Nurse to provide safe, high-quality clinical care to patients at home. The role involves independent home visits, clinical procedures, patient monitoring, documentation, and coordination with doctors and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care during home visits as per the treatment plan and doctor's instructions.
- Perform IV cannulation, IV therapy, injections, catheterization, IV fluid administration, wound care, and other nursing procedures.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patients' clinical condition.
- Maintain accurate patient records, visit reports, and clinical documentation.
- Follow infection-control, safety, biomedical waste, and clinical SOPs.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinical/operations team for patient updates and concerns.
- Educate patients and attendants on medications, precautions, and post-care.




- Identify and escalate emergencies or changes in patient condition.
- Ensure qualified conduct and a positive patient experience.

Requirements

- 3+ years of nursing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in IV cannulation and IV therapy.
- Knowledge of catheterization, injections, IV fluids, wound care, and vital monitoring.
- Home healthcare/home-visit experience preferred.
- BLS/CPR knowledge preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with basic digital tools and patient documentation.
- Willingness to work roster-based/flexible timings and travel for home visits.
