Roles Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter and/or LoadRunner.
- Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance (Soak), Capacity, and Scalability testing.
- Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
- Monitor system performance using APM tools and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, DBA, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
- Define performance test strategies, scenarios, and workload models.
- Prepare test data and configure test environments.
- Analyze server, application, database, and network performance metrics.
- Generate detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Integrate performance testing processes into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Performance Testing.
- Hands-on expertise with Apache JMeter and/or Micro Focus LoadRunner.




- Experience in creating and maintaining performance testing scripts.
- Strong understanding of Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Volume Testing.
- Experience analyzing response times, throughput, CPU, memory, disk utilization, and network metrics.
- Knowledge of web technologies including HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, and Web Services.
- Robust SQL skills for database performance validation.
- Experience with Linux/Unix commands and server log analysis.
- Understanding of application architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
