Role & responsibilities
The selected candidate will head the Human Resources function of the manufacturing plant and will be responsible for managing HR and personnel-related activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience
- Qualification: MBA HR / Personnel Management
- Experience in a manufacturing / industrial workplace would be relevant
- Strong understanding of HR and personnel management
- Good communication, interpersonal and people-management skills
- Ability to independently manage HR-related functions
- Candidates should be below 40 years of age
