We are looking for a Bengali Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and/or outbound customer s. The candidate must be fluent in Bengali and comfortable communicating in basic English or Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer s in Bengali professionally and confidently
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate information about products or services
Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards
Update customer details and logs in the system
Follow company policies and communication guidelines
Requirements:
Fluency in Bengali is must.
Basic knowledge of English/Hindi
Good communication and listening skills
Minimum 10+2 Graduate preferred
Fresher and Experience both can Apply.
Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
Skills Required:
Transparent voice and good pronunciation
Customer-handling skills
Problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge.
