Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and service-related concerns.
Build and maintain robust relationships with guests to enhance their experience.
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct guest follow-ups to gather feedback and improve service quality.
Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the system.
Front Office Coordination
Manage reception and visitor handling activities.
Coordinate guest appointments, bookings, and reservations.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless guest services.
Provide information regarding services, facilities, programs, and events.
Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous assistance at all times.
Administrative Support
Prepare guest reports, feedback records, and service documentation.




Maintain databases, registers, and daily operational records.
Assist in organizing events, meetings, and guest engagement activities.
Support management with administrative and coordination tasks.
