Key Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to minimize losses and downtime.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and planning departments for smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Monitor machine performance and recommend process improvements.
Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support recent product development and production trials.
Train and guide shop-floor operators on production procedures and best practices.
