Job Summary

Operate high-precision CNC Milling and/or CNC Die Sinker EDM machines for manufacturing injection mold components as per drawing, process standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC Milling (VMC) and/or CNC Die Sinker EDM machines for mold components
- Load programs, perform machine setup, and change tools/electrodes as required
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish during machining
- Carry out basic in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Indicator
- Follow work instructions, safety norms, and 5S practices
- Coordinate with Programming, Quality, and Production teams for corrections
- Maintain machine cleanliness and proper handling of tools and fixtures
- Support production targets and delivery timelines
