Job Description

We are hiring Tele Collection Executives to manage customer follow-ups for pending payments and overdue accounts. The candidate should possess good communication and negotiation skills to handle customers professionally and ensure timely collections.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound s to customers regarding pending payments Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections Explain payment details and available repayment options to customers Maintain proper records of customer interactions and payment commitments Resolve customer queries related to payments and collections Meet daily and monthly collection targets Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution

Required Skills





Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle customers professionally Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel understanding Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude Strong follow-up skills

Eligibility

Any Graduate PUC Diploma Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Experience in tele collections, customer support, or BPO will be an added advantage
