Roles Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for PEGA applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate PEGA case management workflows, business rules, decision tables, and process automations.
- Test PEGA applications built on:
- PEGA Customer Service
- PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
- PEGA Sales Automation
- PEGA Marketing
- PEGA BPM Solutions
- Validate integrations with external applications, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
- Perform API and web service testing for REST and SOAP integrations.
- Execute data validation and migration testing activities.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with PEGA developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Support user acceptance testing and production release validation.




- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and quality assurance initiatives.

Additional Responsibility
- Knowledge of PEGA application architecture and business process management concepts.
- Experience validating assignments, stages, SLA rules, routing logic, and case processing.
- Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of STLC, defect management, and QA methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
