Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Developer with strong exposure to Transaction Services reporting environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable BI solutions, developing enterprise-grade reports and dashboards, and supporting high-volume transactional analytics.

Responsibilities

- Experience with MicroStrategy Transaction Services and solid working knowledge (Must have)
- Preferred: MicroStrategy Certification or equivalent advanced-level credentials.
- Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, dossiers, and intelligent cubes.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable BI solutions.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for large transactional datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in MicroStrategy development, including building dashboards, documents, reports, and complex metrics.

Technical Requirements
- Expertise in schema design, project configuration, cubes,



and optimization techniques for high performance dashboards - Perform performance tuning of reports, cubes, and database queries.
- Manage schema objects including attributes, facts, hierarchies, transformations, and metrics.
- Ability to troubleshoot MicroStrategy issues, manage security roles, and support end user adoption.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and structured testing.
- Provide production support and continuous optimization of reporting solutions.
