Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Officer to join our team at Eranakulam kochi . The role will primarily focus on telecalling, lead follow-up, online sales, customer interaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and online platforms.
- Generate and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.




- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Support the sales team in achieving overall business objectives.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
