Job Summary

The Artarium is looking for a Store Executive to manage daily inventory and store operations, including material receipt, issue, stock maintenance, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials.

* Maintain accurate stock records in Tally/ERP and Excel.

* Handle GRN, material issue/receipt, and stock documentation.

* Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

* Monitor stock levels, shortages, damages, and discrepancies.

* Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Operations teams.

* Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.





* Prepare inventory reports and support stock audits.

Requirements

* Graduate or relevant field preferred.

* 1–3 years of experience in Brand Store/Inventory/Warehouse operations.

* Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

* Good understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
