Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Start, set up, and run filling equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitoring: Watch product fill volumes, weights, or counts to keep them within exact product ranges.
- Quality Checks: Inspect filled items for leaks, proper sealing, correct labels, and clear batch or lot codes.
- Troubleshooting: Fix minor machine jams, clear blocked lines, and report major equipment problems to a supervisor.
- Maintenance & Sanitation: Keep the filling area, nozzles, and machine parts clean and sterile as required.
- Documentation: Record temperatures, run times, batch numbers, and material usage in batch manufacturing records (BMRs)
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
