Main responsibilities:

* Conduct military-style physical training and drills for cadets/students.

* Train students in discipline, parade/drill, fitness and teamwork.

* Conduct activities such as obstacle training, self-defence, camp training, map reading and basic field/battle-craft training, depending on the assigned program. MCF's published training material lists these among its training activities.

* Develop students' leadership, confidence, communication and discipline.

* Supervise training sessions and ensure safety and proper conduct.

* Motivate and assess trainees' physical performance and progress.

* Assist with camps, outdoor activities, competitions and demonstrations.

* Maintain attendance, training records and basic reports.

* Represent the academy professionally and follow its training procedures.

Eligibility :

* NCC 'C' & 'B' Certificate

* Graduation completed – any stream

* Both boys and girls can apply

* Should be disciplined, honest and physically fit

* Leadership, training/instruction and communication skills are expected.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹42,685.58 per month
