- Operate conventional milling machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Perform milling, drilling, slotting, facing, keyway, and other machining operations.
- Select and set suitable cutting tools, cutters, speeds, and feeds.
- Properly set and clamp workpieces using vice, fixtures, and other holding devices.
- Check component dimensions using vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain required accuracy and surface finish as per drawing specifications.
- Perform in-process inspection and correct machining deviations when required.
- Follow production schedules and complete jobs within the required time.
- Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.
- Carry out basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and daily maintenance.
- Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Report machine problems, tool wear, material issues, or quality problems to the supervisor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
