Job Description
HR Assistant Kolkata
We are looking for an HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations at our Kolkata location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and operational teams on HR-related matters.
- Assist in attendance, leave and other routine HR activities.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and employee-related activities.
Eligibility:
- MBA in Human Resources.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR processes.
Salary: Rs.15,000 Rs.20,000 per month
