Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, customize, and support OpenText Content Server (OTCS) and Content Management solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective OpenText technical solutions.
- Work on OTCS configuration, workflows, metadata, categories, permissions, security, and document management.
- Develop and support integrations between OpenText and other enterprise applications.
- Work with OpenText APIs, REST APIs, web services, and integration components.
- Contribute to OpenText Cloud / Cloud Editions implementation and support activities.
- Collaborate with client business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of IT experience, with solid hands-on experience in OpenText Content Management / OTCS.




- Strong experience with OpenText Content Server (OTCS) and Extended ECM.
- Good understanding of document management, workflows, metadata, categories, permissions, and security.
- Experience with OpenText integrations, APIs, REST APIs, and web services.
- Experience in OpenText implementation, customization, upgrade, migration, or production support.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with OpenText Cloud / Cloud Editions is preferred.
- Experience with OpenText AppWorks, InfoArchive, or Archive Center will be an added advantage.
