About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in fashion/lifestyle retail, proven store leadership experience and the ability to manage and motivate a retail team.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5+ years of retail experience, preferably in Fashion / Lifestyle Retail.
- Minimum 2 years as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager.
- Experience managing a team of 5+ members.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Solid knowledge of store operations, inventory and visual merchandising.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of inventory management and loss prevention.





Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom/store.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and store-level targets.
- Handle customer interactions, understand requirements, and provide personalized jewellery recommendations.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of gold, diamond, bridal, and other jewellery products.
- Maintain proper inventory and stock records, including receiving, tagging, transfers, and stock reconciliation.
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper security and handling of high-value jewellery.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and store MIS.
- Ensure excellent customer service and complaint resolution.
