Zentax Global is looking for a motivated and result-oriented US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team!

? Working Days: Monday to Friday

Role Description The US Bench Sale Recruiter will work full time in office from the Gwalior office, managing and marketing bench candidates to potential clients and implementation partners across the US. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying suitable job opportunities, submitting qualified profiles, negotiating rates, and coordinating interviews and onboarding for consultants in IT, non-IT, and healthcare domains. The role involves maintaining relationships with vendors and clients, tracking candidate status, updating internal databases, and ensuring timely follow-up on all submissions. The recruiter will collaborate with internal teams to understand candidate skill sets, prepare professional resumes and marketing materials, and align placements with client requirements and compliance standards. This position requires consistent communication via email, phone,



and professional networking platforms to expand the bench sales pipeline and achieve placement targets.

Qualifications

- Strong bench sales and US recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, and marketing consultants to US clients and vendors.
- Proficiency in candidate relationship management, rate negotiation, and end-to-end recruitment coordination for IT, non-IT, and healthcare roles.
- Ability to use job portals, social media, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) to identify opportunities and build vendor/client relationships.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write clear resumes, emails, and job submissions, and conduct professional calls with US stakeholders.
- Understanding of basic US staffing processes, including contract types (C2C, W2, 1099), immigration statuses (H1B, GC, CPT, OPT), and compliance considerations.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple candidates, submissions, and follow-ups within tight timelines.
- Comfort working with CRM or ATS tools and maintaining accurate records of candidates, clients, submissions, and placements.
